Region of Peel - Headquarters

Element Elevators Inc was awarded a contract to modernize the elevators for the Region of Peel. During the pandemic our team completed this project in record time, on budget. Element was awarded the highest performance ever achieved by a contractor.

Scope of Work

3 elevators: 2500 lbs, 250 fpm

Full modernization of the elevators including:

Controller: GAL G4 - VVVF

Machines: Hollister Whitney GT31

Fixtures: Dupar Controls

Interior: K-Elevator

Toronto Reference Library

Element Elevators Inc was awarded a contract to modernize the elevators at the famed Toronto Reference Library. A total of 4 elevators were completed during the pandemic on time and on budget.

Scope of Work

2 elevators: 2500 lbs/ 250 fpm + 2 elevator: 3500 lbs/ 350 fpm

50Q - Destination Dispatch

Element Elevators Inc provided the first Destination Dispatch elevator modernization project in Kitchener/Waterloo region. These elevators are the most advanced smart elevators ever installed in the region.
