Lucy brings her expertise in Financing and Human Resources background to the company and has developed the core values Element follows today. As president she focuses on customer satisfaction and overall building long term relationships with clients, developers and suppliers.
Bogdan Rus
VP - Operations
After working in both office and field positions with KONE and ThyssenKrupp Bogdan brings a signifiant wealth of university and in the field knowledge, Bogdan not only carries a Computer Science and Economics degree but is also EDM-A licensed. He oversees all day to day activities and provides input on big picture items.
Florin Rus
VP - Maintenance
Florin provides signifiant International field experience and support expertise. As an adjuster and installer he has installed, inspected and tested thousands of elevators over his time within this industry. Florin has working internationally for KONE and locally with ThyssenKrupp.
Olanzo Jarrett
VP - Sales
In 2002, Olanzo was selected in the fifth round of the Canadian draft to play professional football for the Edmonton Eskimo Football Club, where he dominated for two seasons straight and was a member of the 2003 Grey Cup Championship team.
After his time on the field ended, Jarrett took his passion to the private sector and has become a successful consultative marketing and sales agent for a number of large multinational companies.
Dan Niculae P.Eng
VP - Engineering
Coming from the Schindler and KONE, Dan brings over 2 decades of elevator experience ranging from modernization, new construction, maintenance and service repair. Some major projects he’s been an integral part of consist of the double decker modernization at Scotia plaza.
Alberto Toarba
Parts & Facility Manager
Alberto brings significant knowledge in his experience working at Honda Canada where he dealt with parts and administration, he then took on field responsibilities and learned what this trade required. In his current position Alberto provides support to the field staff and manages the facility, our vehicle fleet and our inventory.
Andrei Niculae P.Eng
Director - Special Projects
Andrei comes to us from Schindler where he worked as a project engineer and sales representative.
Bogdan Petri
Director - Business Development
Bogdan joins us as our Director of Business Development. In his previous role Bogdan was the regional sales manager and Acquisition Consultant for Wind Mobile. He also hold a real estate license that he’s been practicing for over 20 years.
