Started by the Rus family, Element Elevators was the culmination of hard work, dedication, and talent. Florin Rus and his son Bogdan realized early that the elevator industry in Toronto was overdue for a change. They put their knowledge and expertise together to build a new independent elevator company. Deciding to focus on the things that mattered most and what other companies stop caring about: Communication, Quality, Cost, and Trust, these values would lay the foundational core beliefs that have driven Element to the successful company it is today.
