Element Elevators Modernized 2, 500 FPM gearless OTIS machines running TKE Tac50 Controllers. Element installed Torin gearless machines, GAL G IV controllers and MAD Fixtures

Element Elevators completed the elevator modernization project for 3 elevators 350FPM using GAL IV Controllers and new GT31 geared machines. The old O’Thompson Controllers were removed.

Element completed the modernization of the elevators at the Holiday Inn. Element Elevators replaced the OTIS geared machine and controller with Torin TGD1 Machines, The Controller was replaced with a SmartRise C4 Controller.
